Very sweet and attentive staff!! Dr. Poretta provided an amazing experience for me! When picking out lenses, Jocelyn was super sweet with helping me pick frames as well. Super nice environment:)

Jocelyn is amazing! Very knowledgeable as well as helpful with guiding us in picking out glasses and options that would work best for us and with navigating thru insurance claim with ease. Both my husband & I have been going here for the last 5 years and really appreciate the friendly & helpful staff. Hours are convenient for our busy schedules, it is always a delight to come for our yearly exams.

I’ve been going to Eye Boutique in Schaumburg for the past 10-15 years. I saw Dr. Sesso until his location changed. Now I see Dr. Porretta. She was just as wonderful as Dr. Sesso. I felt fully taken care of and listened to. Jocelyn the optician was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting frames and explaining lens differences as well as being super friendly and easy to talk to. Actually, everyone there gets an A+!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sesso for ages but Dr. Porretta was so friendly and happy to answer all my questions. The staff is also kind and knowledgeable. Jocelyn was so helpful and patient with picking out my frames!

Jocelyn and Jon are amazing! My daughter was new to contacts and they made her feel so comfortable and was able to send her home with contacts after they taught her how to put them in and take them out. Very patient and professional.

I had a great experience at Eye Boutique in Schaumburg. Jon helped me find a great pair of glasses and also double checked my insurance to make sure I did not overpay. I've been going here for year and always receive excellent service.

Came here for the first time last year after a couple not so great experiences at Pearl Vision, and was happy with the visit. I broke my frames yesterday, called this morning and they had my frame in stock. About 10 minutes to swap out the lenses. Can't beat that for turn around time.

A five star place in Schaumburg area. Dr Sesso is wonderful. I have been seeing him for last 7 years or so. He spends time with you, discuss your issues and if no changes he will let you know so you don’t need to buy new glasses. Jon, optician is awesome. He is really helpful and answer all your questions and needs coming to selecting your frame and order your glasses. He even helped fixing adjusting my frame couple times in few minutes. Overall a wonderful place with a variety of frames selections and brands. They have the expensive brands like Oakley, Ray Ban, Nike, Coach, Prada, Gucci as well if you’re looking for designer brands.

The team here is working hard to ensure you are listened to and your needs are met. LOVE my new pair!

Great customer service from start to finish! The staff are all professional and friendly. It was easy to find an appointment that worked with my busy work schedule since they are open Sunday through Saturday with evening hours. Dr. Porreta was very personable and really listened to my concerns with my vision. I had amazing service from all the staff INCLUDING the manager Jon when finding a frame. I just picked up my new glasses and I absolutely love them!!! My vision is great and I have received so many compliments already! I will definitely be coming back and referring All of my friends and family.

Walked in today looking for some glasses. Immediately my mom and I were greeted. Ashley B. asked if we needed help with anything and even brought over some suggestions of glasses which I really appreciated based on the details I told her I’d like. I fell in love with the first pair she showed me. She was extremely helpful, sweet, and informative throughout this whole process. She helped me decide on the type of lenses and anti reflective option. Absolutely AMAZINGG customer service by Ashley B.!! I’d be happy to recommend her and come back and see her. My eye exam appointment was with Dr. Sesso, and I had a great experience. He explained each procedure and took his time with the exam including recommendations for further examination by a retina specialist. Then Ashley did a great job of guiding me through choosing frames including color, shape and price. All in all very nice staff, beautiful facility and efficient, prompt service. Thanks!

I came into Eye Boutique for the first time about a month ago and it was a great experience. I ordered a pair of glasses with the help of one of their employees, Tommy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Overall, I would recommend going to the Eye boutique store in Schaumburg.

I had a fantastic experience when I visited Eye Boutique for an eye appointment and then got fitted for a new pair of glasses. One of their staff members, Tommy, was very helpful and took the time to help me find contacts that were a great fit. I really appreciate his effort to go above and beyond to ensure that I found a pair of glasses that I liked. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience when I came in for new glasses. Trinity was pleasant to work with and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses for my upcoming trip.The glasses arrived sooner than expected. Dr. Sterczek was amazing. I have had the same RX for a few years and I’ve always felt like it could be better. He made some slight adjustments in my RX and it made such a difference! I will definitely recommend the Eye Boutique to my friends and family.

Had an eye exam and ordered 2 pairs of glasses (close and far). I thought the eyewear folks were especially great. They did a great job explaining and listening to my general glasses concerns. I intentionally eavesdropped on other conversations with other clients at adjacent booths because I saw a bunch of negative reviews. I was really impressed with all the staff. I honestly think they were great and easily give 5 stars rating. Hope all your experiences are as good as mine was.

I loved the experience. I came in with an older pair of glasses, Ashely helped me out right as I walked in. She was very professional and calm even when the store was full of people. She was able to quickly repair and adjust my glasses! Tommy also helped me find new good fitting, comfortable glasses. He walked through the insurance pricing and even offered a discount on a pair of sunglasses! They both were great and I look forward to scheduling my appointment soon. Great People! I went to get a pair of new glasses last week, and Tommy was my Optical Technician. He was polite, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped me look for the type/style of the frames I liked, which saved a lot of my time. He also gave good technical suggestions on what should go into my lenses based on my insurance. Dr. B and other staff were also helpful. It was such a good experience!

I bought my glasses here a year ago and I broke them and I didn't think they could be fixed. I called the store and Jon was absolutely amazing and told me to bring them in and he could fix them. Not only was he able to fix it but he did it for FREE. If anyone has issues definitely ask for Jon!! I will continue to recommend Jon to everyone, he his a very kind and understanding individual. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and explains everything perfectly. I have never had such great help and service. Again, I will continue to recommend him!

I just went in to see if my sunglasses could be repaired and for how much, even though I didn't purchase there. Not only did JoAnn fix them on the spot, she did it at no charge! I'm delighted with this place and will be back for my next pair, especially when I found out they accept my insurance.

06/05/2022 - I had another very positive exam and experience at Eye Boutique. I want to especially thank Alyssa for her kindness, professionalism and guidance on helping my wife and I determine the best eye glasses for our specific needs. Alyssa is terrific!!! I've had a very positive experience on the several visits I've had to Eye Boutique. I'd like to specifically thank Ania for her positive, friendly and patient demeanor assisting me with my contact lens coaching.

I had a great experience today with Dr. Sterczek, Alyssa, and Jon. Alyssa started my visit by helping me choose what services I wanted. After that Jon helped run some preliminary tests (and made me feel comfortable with new machinery). Then Dr. Sterczek completed a quick & easy exam. Finally, Jon helped me purchase a new batch of contacts for the next year. It was a great visit and I'll be back again :)

I had several problems with my glasses and all problems were resolved. Definitely want to point out Brandon, the store manager I believe. He was exceptional and helpful. Note, after first talking to another employee and being shut down, I left and later called and spoke to Brandon about my issue. He had me come and and resolved the problem immediately. 5 stars if I could give more I would Fixed my glasses and I didn't buy them there great service and a nice store. I will be back.

Went in asking if any of the staff members could repair a dented arm on my GUESS sunglasses and was immediately tended to. Within 5 minutes, one the many awesome individuals working had fixed my pair, not needing to buy an entire new set anymore! Best part was the free-of-charge labor! Will definitely return in the future.

Me and my wife came in today for different things. I got new eyeglasses and my wife contacts. We both absolutely loved this place. The customer service was excellent. The Doctor was very professional and made us feel at home. We will continue coming here and definitely recommend this place.

We received a letter from my 8 year old son's school that he needed to have a Vision test so we schedule with Eye Boutique. Dr. Bernardi was amazing with my son - he explained everything to him. Dr. Bernardi knows kids too - he answered every question patiently and was very informative. Now its time to pick out glasses - Ania Kapica was soooo helpful with picking out frames for my son. It took him awhile but again Ania was patient and we had fun trying on soooo many pairs. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, it was time for a check up. We saw Dr. Bernardi again and my son goes in for his exam on his own. Completely comfortable. This time we have my 6 year old daughter with us she is meeting Dr. Bernanrdi for the first time and here come all her questions. He again was so patient and we spent alot of time laughing. He makes eye exams seem so fun for the kids. Looking forward to next year's visit.

Had a great experience. I did not have to wait at all for my scheduled appointment. The doctor was very knowledgeable and had a good positive attitude and was extremely friendly. The staff did a great job at helping me find the best pair of glasses for me.

Edith anticipated all my questions particularly regarding insurance. Her service was exceptional & I thus appreciated her very much. Too she guided me o I got a pair of glasses would be my best fit.

Super professional eye exam with a very helpful staff. I was able to have them search for my vision insurance details and help me maximize my benefits from it. Don't know what else anybody could want from an optometrist. (oh, and Dr. Bernardi literally saved my life for quickly seeing me when I had eye issues, got me to a specialist ASAP)

Had a great experience here - in and out in an hour with contacts and glasses picked out! Super friendly and helpful staff, and a much more modern outfit than the eye doctors I’ve been too in the past in terms of tech.

First off i would love to thank Dr. Sesso for his great service. I couldn’t ask for a better eye physician actually takes his time explains everything with great detail so kind and his team is phenomenal great helpful service definitely recommending everyone here without a doubt.
