My first time here. Absolutely loved this place. Dr. Bastermajian was friendly and did a meticulous job. I loved Yareli! She made this experience stress free and was super helpful. She helped me pick out glasses and sunglasses and gave me true opinions on how they fit on my face. Yareli went out of her way to call my insurance twice to clarify some issues I was having with my benefits. Yareli is a great optician who knows her stuff and does a great job at explaining everything in detail. Will be coming back to this location! Thanks!

Dr. Bastermajian was great! I had to bring my 2 year old with my to my eye exam. He couldn’t have been more understanding or friendly to him and even got him crayons so he could color. He was thorough and did a great job. I’ll definitely be going back! 😁

Great experience. Dr. B is very pleasant, personable and friendly. He's also helpful too with picking out good frames. You can clearly see he his passionate about what he does. I really appreciate his dedication. He thoroughly explains everything and offered alternatives for my eye care. Our entire family now see him and he's great with children too.

Everyone was nice and welcoming. Yareli helped me find glasses that not only fit me properly but that I like.

Our family has going to the Eye Boutique for many years and we always leave having had a good experience. But, here is an example of how Dr. Paul goes above and beyond. Our daughter started having trouble seeing the board at school, probably after a growth spurt, but since a year had not lapsed since we last saw Dr. Paul, an exam was not covered by our insurance. Dr. Paul reinforced that the most important thing is that all people can see and get the eye care they need. He gave us a 'break' on our exam and asked that we come in for a follow up when insurance would cover a full exam. Dr. Paul clearly cares about his patients and acts with empathy. I highly recommend him!

I had a great experience everyone there was so helpful so kind even the employers they work there they took their time to take out Google Translate and help me with what I need little English good place to take the family.

Had a wonderful experience at the Geneva Eye Boutique. I was greeted the minute I walked thru the door by Yari. Yari checked me in early and was so helpful and attentive to all of my technical and eyewear questions. Dr. Bastermajian listened to my concerns, addressed them, and then communicated to Yari the follow through. I felt a calm and comforting atmosphere while there.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and helpful personel. My glasses broke and I came there to fix it. They fixed right away without any cost. Thank you very much.

Went there for new contact lenses, back in June, and the customer service was great! The staff was also very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend it.

I love Dr. Paul and so do my boys! We recently had to go for my son’s scratched cornea; they fit us in for three consecutive visits to stay on top of healing❤️ And both boys wanted to go see Dr. Paul again the same week!!!!! Because they think he’s great and it’s because he is! The staff is friendly and patient I’m so glad we found them !

I visited the shop on Sunday, December 18th and Agueda was outstanding!! She went above and beyond to find a pair of frames to fit my three-year-old lenses. Upon waking up and discovering my original frames were broken, she saved the day. Ten out of five stars for Agueda!

I had a great experience coming here. As soon as I walked in, Tommy came to check me in and greeted us. Gabriela right away came to attend and was very friendly. Dr. B was also very friendly and very informative about the things I personally needed to know. Asking questions, making sure everything was right for me. Gabriela was also very professional and assisted to show me how to apply my contacts and was very patient with me, as a first time eye contact user, she watched me through everything and made everything so much easier. Overall, I loved this place and how friendly staff were. I’ll totally be going back.

I've been coming here for a couple of years and have always had a great experience. The staff and the doctor are amazing! Even though I moved about 30 so mins away and have another eye boutique by me, I still choose to drive to this one instead because I think they do such a great job!

They are very nice, professional and helpful and Doc is fantastic, he tells you what he’s seeing all along the way. Also, I love the modern technology they have, no need to dilate my eyes anymore!!!

I have been a patient of "Dr. Paul" for many years now. I feel welcomed from the minute I walk in and the comfort of knowing I get to see Dr. Bastermajian EVERY time I come in. He has up to date technology so I know I am getting the best care for my eyes and that's important to me since I have had horrible vision since I was a child. I recently brought my kids there for their first "real" eye exam, and he was GREAT with them. They especially liked the surprise gift at the end. Definitely, would recommend for all ages.
