Our eye doctors take UnitedHealthCare Vision plans at all our locations. Whether you have UHC vision coverage as an individual, family, or through your employer's group plan, you're covered at Eye Boutique.
We offer free benefit checks for UHC Vision members. Just visit one of our stores or call and we'll check your plan and explain in plain language what's covered. You don't even need a printed vision benefits ID card.
UnitedHealthCare’s vision plans typically include coverage for exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses. Because insurance plans are always subject to change, we’ll verify everything your plan covers and help you identify ways to maximize the benefits for you and your family.
We work with vision insurance companies all the time, and understand the different strategies they employ to keep their own costs down. Take advantage of our expertise and let us show you the best way to get the eye care and eyewear you need while taking the least from your own pocket.

UHC Vision plans don’t cover sunglasses, but members can take advantage of discounts on non-prescription sunglasses.
We have a great selection of prescription and non-corrective sunglasses at our stores.

All Eye Boutique stores take both Spectera and UHC Vision, so no matter which plan you have, we’ve got you covered.
